Robert Elberg was born to Pearl and Irving Elberg on May 30, 1941. He grew up in Maspeth, Queens and had 2 brothers. He loved animals even brought one home from a family vacation in Aruba. Cruising was one of his favorite family vacations. He married Linda Newmark and they were married for 39 years. Together they had 3 boys and 6 granchildren. He passed away, after a long illness, at the young age of 64.
