Marvin was an incredible son, husband, father and grandfather. He was a hands-on father which was ahead of his time to his three daughters (Patricia, Loretta and Vanessa). He was patient and kind and known as "Marvelous Marvin" to those that knew him. He was a doting husband to his wife Rose Marie and lovingly cared for her until the end. Our fondest memories are family vacations, late-night card games and Sunday morning breakfasts (he would stand on line at Hummel Bakery to get our favorite buns). Marvin served in the Army and was stationed in Germany. His career was in ad sales for Pennysaver where he was loved by all. He took an active role in being a "Gapa" to his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexandra, Alec, Ethan, Michael and Jonathan. Their fondest memories are him coming to his games, driving them to practices, playing games with them along with babysitting them. He was a voracious reader which he passed on to his grandson Alec. Both of our parents instilled a strong work ethic and instilled in us to take in DIY home improvement projects.
